Your annual OC fees cover general administration, maintenance, insurance and other ongoing management costs. Each year, the OC will propose a budget to its members (you), which is discussed and determined at the annual general meeting.
We never charge for after-hours meetings—these are covered as part of your annual fees.
Yes.
We never take commisions from suppliers or contractors. Every job we contract for our property portfolio is competitively quoted and promptly arranged for completion.
OC insurance covers common property only. You’ll need to take out a separate policy to insure your apartment.
